Warranty

Warranty terms and conditions apply exclusively to Vida Luxury Stone surfacing materials.

Limited to single-family residences where the owner is the occupant and interior of commercial structures where stone has not moved from original place of installation in both situations.

Does not cover dissatisfaction with color post-installation and services which has not been paid for.

Proof of purchase is required for warranty service and cooperation expected during inspections.

In case of manufacturing defects, Vida Luxury Stone will only replace material and does not cover labour to remove, fabricate or re-install the quartz. Exact color matching is not guaranteed.

All warranty decisions solely rest with Vida Luxury Stone.No other party is authorized to make promises regarding Vida Stone materials.

Exclusions include usage in outdoor, flooring or near direct heat sources like fireplaces and creative use of our slabs resulting in warping.

Stains resulting from inadequate daily maintenance or use of harsh chemicals for cleaning are not covered.

Our warranty does not cover chips, cracks and scratches caused by heavy impact as our material is not scratch proof but only unsusceptible to scratches.

This warranty specifically does not cover spots and beauty marks smaller than half inch diameter as these spot can be rooted in the manufacturing process and does not change the compositions of the slab.

Any damage caused by renovating or plumbing related activities will not fall under warranty coverages.

The change in color and aethetics of our slabs is not covered as quartz is manmade material and can have difference in distribution of pattern. Quartz batches are changed periodically which can result in minor non-replicability.

Our warranty does not cover damages caused while loading or unloading slabs by the fabricator, for example crack caused on corners while handling material or any damages caused by unprofessional fabrication.
